This website describes JRSalesDev’s services and provides an enquiry route. Sending an enquiry does not create a project agreement.

Proposals and scope

Project functionality, deliverables, investment, estimated timing and payment milestones are set out in an agreed proposal. Starting prices are indicative and do not include every listed feature automatically.

Payment

An agreed upfront payment is required before significant development begins. Remaining payments and milestones are agreed before work starts.

Changes, review and handover

The final agreement should define feedback stages, acceptance criteria, change requests, intellectual property ownership, third-party licences, handover and the scope of ongoing support.

Terms requiring professional completion

Cancellation, refunds, liability, confidentiality, warranties, dispute resolution, governing law, legal entity details and any mandatory customer rights must be reviewed and completed professionally before use.
